The Edinburgh University Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society aims to provide students interested in O&G with opportunities to nurture and develop their interests and skills in this exciting and diverse field of medicine.

Our objectives are:

  • To organise clinical skill tutorials and lectures to enable students to develop a better understanding towards the many complex reproductive and benign gynaecological disorders
  • To  explore deeper into different aspects of reproductive medicine via an annual conference
  • To provide networking opportunities for students to meet O&G doctors
  • To provide a platform for students and doctors to exchange ideas
  • To inspire and motivate students to pursue their dreams of becoming an O&G doctor
  • To organise various reproductive health awareness events, charity bake sales and pub quiz
